During the vibration test, the test product is installed on the test bench according to the actual construction process, and the test conditions, such as test frequency and amplitude, are set using Kistler software. The experimental system will monitor and record in real-time the attenuation of clamping force, lateral thrust magnitude, thread torque, and other data that you are concerned about. The amplitude and frequency information during the lateral vibration testing process are controlled by the measurement and control unit.

On the afternoon of June 13th, the Expo came to a successful conclusion, and Brother Mao tirelessly searched for the exciting collection of Zimao's live events. In this exhibition event, the "ECM Fully Automatic Optical Bolt Size Measuring Instrument" brought by Zimao attracted much attention, and many exhibitors from bolt factories also came to take a look regardless of their own display activities. As a wind direction product for full size measurement of bolts, ECM has redefined the measurement method of bolt size, greatly improving the detection efficiency of bolt size and minimizing the constantly increasing labor costs.
