After fixing the sample in the S28 system, the device sensor will automatically lower the contact point with the tested workpiece and move along the vertical direction of the cutting burr. The burr will be depicted and recorded according to the value. Due to the use of a flexible clamping system, the sample can be quickly and safely positioned.
The S30 system uses laser sensors to determine the curvature of the cut sample. Once the sample is fixed by the operator, the value of the curvature will be displayed on the display screen, and the results will be evaluated and recorded in the measurement software interface
Measurement of curvature
The wavy cut is generated by the residual tension of the belt, therefore, the SMP waviness measurement system has been developed, which can be fixed, portable, or online to check the waviness of the product.
The sample is placed in front of two baffles, and the optical sensor unit checks the deviation between the reference lines for final inspection and displays the value on the display screen.
Due to its lightweight hollow shape and powerful battery life, SMP-P can be ultra long and can be measured by placing the edges of the material. The test results are displayed on the display screen
Three optical sensors observe the straightness of the edge of the strip steel during production and operation, and all results are transmitted to the measurement software for evaluation

The S4 system checks the geometric dimensions of the sheet metal on the uncoiling and fixed length production line, including length, width, and squareness. The lengths of the diagonal lines of the sheet are deducted from each other, and measurements are made after cutting.
