Lateral vibration test bench
The lateral vibration test bench is equipped with an adjustable amplitude driving device, which is used for force sensors for lateral loads, high-precision displacement sensors, and sensors that can be replaced according to bolt size to measure clamping force and thread friction. During the vibration test, the test product is installed on the test bench according to the actual construction process, and the test conditions, such as test frequency and amplitude, are set using Kistler software. The experimental system will monitor and record in real-time the attenuation of clamping force, lateral thrust magnitude, thread torque, and other data that you are concerned about. The amplitude and frequency information during the lateral vibration testing process are controlled by the measurement and control unit.

It can be used independently or in combination with a laboratory thread tightening analysis system

Application Scenario
Threaded fastener connection is one of the most widely used connection methods in industry. Therefore, the safety and reliability of threaded connections are very important. Under actual working conditions, threaded fasteners are prone to loosening under alternating loads, vibrations, and impacts, leading to joint failure. Scientific and accurate detection of the anti loosening performance of threaded fasteners helps us to use them safely and reliably. The lateral vibration test bench can simulate the loosening performance of threaded fastener connections under external lateral loads according to DIN 65151, ISO 16130, DIN 25201-4, and GB/T 10431 standards.
The lateral vibration test bench can communicate with Kistler ®- The ANSYS thread tightening experimental analysis system is combined to test the performance of threaded fasteners during tightening and the loosening performance of threaded fasteners during lateral vibration. This enables a systematic analysis of the impact of different tightening processes on bolt loosening performance, helping researchers better determine the appropriate bolt tightening process.
